As far as the ending, that is left for the speculators.
But my unanswered questions are in regard to earlier activites.
Why would someone be saying "Stop laughing at me" when they were dumping the body in the river? / Who did the dumping?
Nerissa admitted to leaving Faith's head at the Business Office, but who left Lilly's head?

That one bothered me too, it felt like as if the writers actually forgotten about that.
Thought about that one for awhile, but I'm pretty confident in saying that was Nerissa too. Still though, bit of a mean thing to do when Lilly was glamoured to look like Snow.
Three: Why was Bluebeard burning some of Crane's possessions, if he is not allied with the Crooked Man?
What options led you to Bluebeard burning? I played a few options but didn't get that scenerio.
If you listen to them talk in Crooked Man's room before entering in episode 4, you can hear Georgie say "Stop laughin' at me!"
Sssssooooo....yeah. Not the best answer but an answer none the less. As to who was laughing at Georgie take you pick. I pick Jersey because that guy was a massive tool.
As for Lily's head? Can't it have been Nerissa again? Actually that's a good question. Let's chalk that up to Nerissa when in reality it's probably a loose thread from when we seemed to building to an actual serial killer in episode 1.
That also bothered me. Why burn his stuff if he wasn't part of CMs alliance? That's what made me so suspicious of Bluebeard

First you need to go to Holly's bar, then go to Crane's house and then to the Dee's office. That was my first playthrough.

Well what bothers me more is why Georgie killed Lily at the hotel, it is possible that Crane was there too and while he is no murderer he might have seen it and find out that the girls where plotting to reveal his photos with Lily, that would explain why he was ranting about "their schemes". The fact that you find those photos there is another hint that Nerissa is actually Faith and she probably planted them there for Bigby to find. This is logical as the Crooked Man never got those photos and thats the whole reason Tweedles where involved in first 2 episodes.
I don't think the order matters as long as you don't go to Cranes house first. I went to Cranes first. In my 2nd playthough I did office, house, bar...
My first time through I never went to Crane's. Between Holly's and Dee's place Bigby knew where Greenleaf was.
Awesome, I was in no mood to listen through the door my playthrough haha. I wanted to go in guns blazing. I'll take a listen next time.
Bluebeard is just as corrupt as Crane was, and he's politically interested in Fabletown. It even seemed like he was going to try to take the office for himself early on. Crane could have had all sorts of documents that Bluebeard would want to get rid of, completely unrelated to the murders or the business with the Crooked Man.
That's also my problem with the plot and I was hoping it'll get resolved, mainly because of THIS:

I still don't trust him. I've never read the comics so I have no idea what role he plays in them, but hopefully a Season 2 comes out.
