Character models are shadows
I downloaded Episode 5 but almost all of the character models are not displaying their respective textures. They show up as solid black, like shadows or silhouettes.

I apologize for the inconvenience. After looking over your support tool information, it may be an incomplete or corrupt download of the episode. I recommend deleting the episode, and re-downloading it. To do this, open up your
C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Wolf Among Us\SyncFs\
file directory. Then open the Data folder and delete the Fables105 folder. Then back out, and open the Meta folder, and delete the Fables105.json file. This will delete the episode from your game. Then restart the game (make sure to disable any anti-virus or internet firewall programs that you may have open and running) and re-download the episode. After the episode is done downloading, restart the episode, and your issue should be resolved.
