The Wolf Among Us - Freezing issues
Hello,
I am having freezing issues on my slim PS3 console. This whole series alone has been nothing but freezing issues and almost unplayable. I was playing episode 5 and have encountered many different freezing issues. The main one I keep continuing having is when Bigby is opening the door before you confront the crooked man. I tried to play that area and it freezes and will not go forward. However, I was able to play the game fully at 1 or 2 times but after that more issues with freezing. The beginning of the game froze, and I had to restart the console to bring it up again. I think it doesn't help when you see the word "saving" in areas in parts that do not need to show up while you are trying to load a scene.
I am hoping there will be a patch or something to get rid of these freezing issues because I really can't enjoy the game like this. However, when you play the game on the Iphone, there are no issues whatsoever and it works better that way.
Episode 2 I had issues mainly where Beast confronts Bigby at the hotel.

Im having the exact same problem. I game freezes when I try to open the door after the bit with georgie at the pudding and pie.
THe rest of the game hasn't frozen for me but i have had quite a bit of lagging and jerky character movements during cutscenes, i dunno if that's possibly related
Also another thing I forgot to mention was when you see the preview of the game, the audio was not syncing with the mouth movements of the characters.
After playing around with the game, it seems I do not have issues with the first file but the 2nd file may be corrupted. I will do more research and find out more on how to correct this.
There were a few choices that were different on the 2nd file but will work on that later. I copied the first file to the 2nd file. Looks like it works fine that way. While it is saving, make sure to let it do its thing and to not rush the scene so that there won't be any errors. Hopefully people will read this and maybe could help on the freezing issues.
