Do you remember Toad's son interrogation? Who was he talking about? Who threw Lilly's body to the river? I think it was the Tweedle brothers, but it makes no sense if it was Georgie who killed her in the first place... And why were they laughing?

Georgie said 'Stop laughing at me' in episode 4, if you stay to listen through the door. Pretty safe to say it was him who TJ heard.
That's actually how I figured out it was him. Or it was at least him who disposed of the bodies (and in that case, I had thought that if it wasn't him, it was Vivien).
And wasn't it Jersey the one laughing?
