Crashes before it starts.

I restored my tablet back to factory settings to see if I could get more space for the whole season 1since I just paid $30.00 for two season passes. Well, now I can't install season 1 at all. Waited 20 minutes and when it was done it crashed before it opens. I have tried to install it segeral times and still no go. Can you help me please.

  • Android tablet. 4.2.2 The game worked perfectly untill I reset my tablet for more room. I even went and bought a 16GB SD card. (pointless by the way) Since TWD can not be saved to removable SD card. Im at a stand still.

  • Maybe I can save time by telling you what I have dine. I have gone to all apps and clicked on Google Play and clicked on uninstall all updates. After I did that TWD worked but all the episodes said coming soon. I know that they were out because before I reset my tablet I was on the 3rd episode. As soon as Google Play did its updates TWD quit working. :-(

I would recommend updating the OS of your device to the latest version, and make sure your Walking Dead game application is also updated to the latest version. Then turn off your device for at least 5-10 minutes, then restart the device and start the game, and you should then be able to play.

If you are still unable, can you please clarify which android tablet you are using? Such as model/generation?

Thank you for providing your device model name. Unfortunately it seems your device is below the minimum system requirements to play the game successfully. Where we require at least 1GB of RAM, your device only runs at 512MB. Also, your device's GPU, the SGX540 is unfortunately an unsupported GPU to run our game. I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this causes you. I recommend either playing on a supported device, or contacting Google Play Support and requesting a refund.
