Bug? Last bit of poster missing

When you first enter the fairground and have a look at the podium, a bit of poster is there but after Gromit hands in his pie, it's gone. What am I missing?

Odd. I talked to Monty again and then it was there...

    As soon as Gromit is allowed to enter the stage, he should be able to pick up that piece of the poster. If it is not on the speaker's desk any longer at this time, that sounds like a bug to me.
