Walking Dead Season 2 installation problem on Android
Hi, Telltale Devs
Please help me resolve the issue i'm having in downloading this game. I keep getting ""incompatible with other application(s) using the same shared user ID"" after the game installs. I'm sure my phone is compatible with the game, but I don't know what's causing the problem. I also have season1 installed, Please reply
Phone model:
LG G2 D802

I apologize for the inconvenience. We have not heard of this particular issue before. Below are a few potential solutions:
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it
3) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again.
4) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
If none of these suggestions allow you to download the game successfully, we recommend that you contact Google Play Support to see if they may have more potential solutions to resolve your issue.

Can you please clarify if when you purchased The Walking Dead: Season One and The Walking Dead: Season Two, that it showed up in your Purchase History? Please make sure that it shows up in your Purchase History to make sure that the purchase went through successfully.

Can you please clarify if you purchased The Walking Dead: Season Two from the Google Play Store, or from the Amazon Store? Also, can you please clarify what device you are currently playing on, and what OS version you are currently running?
Im android user .. I download in google play store .
Phone model:kata t3 android ver. 4.2.2
I report it on google play store ,but they say ask the developer/who make the games.
I purchase season 1 i finish all. So i want to play season 2 but tsomething error when i download ..
My apologies, it appears that your device does not meet the minimum system requirements to run The Walking Dead: Season Two successfully. Where the game application requires a minimum of a Mali-T600 Series or equivalent GPU, your device is currently using a Mali-T400 GPU. I recommend either playing on a supported device if you have the ability, or contacting Google Play Support for a refund request.
That means ,i can't play season 2 any more? Im dissapointed. I want to continue my story in season 1 .
if i know that this will happen. I choose not to play this and support this.
Im using a sony xperia z1 and got the same problem what should I do?
If you are experiencing the issue, please try clearing the cache and data from the App Settings menu on your device, and restart the game. If that does not resolve the issue, try deleting the game application from your device, and re-download it from the Google Play Store, and see if the issue is then resolved.
I cant download it, it says "incompatible with other application(s) using the same shared user ID" when it finishes downloading from the play store and the icon of the game doesn't even show.
Can you please clarify if you are currently using any custom, or third-party ROMs on your device?
Do you mean like archive manegers? If so im using zarchive. But can you please clarify what that means?
Is the game application currently installed to the default location, on your device's internal storage, or to an external SD card?
Its installed on the internal storage
I apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately if you have tried all of the above suggestions, I am out of potential solutions to resolve the issue. I recommend contacting Google Play Support for further assistance, or for a refund request.
