Episode 5 freezing
Hi, I'm having the same problem that's being reported lots in this forum: episode 5 is freezing near the end. It has happened twice to me now and has stopped me from being able to complete the game, which is very frustrating.
I have tried syncing my trophies as suggested in one thread but to no avail. I am not able to delete any game data because TWAU does not appear in my game data folder. What else can I do without losing my save?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are currently playing the latest version of the game? (Version 1.02 is the latest version.) To find out what version you are on, highlight the game from the Game menu on your XMB, and press Triangle. Then scroll down to Information, and press X, and you will see what version you are currently playing on. If you are on a version before 1.02, please try starting the game while connected to the internet, and make sure to download the latest update for the game.
Thanks for the reply Mike. I can confirm that it is version 1.02.
My apologies, please try deleting the game from your system, and re-download it from the Playstation Store. After your download and install the game, and Episode 5, please start it, and choose to NOT download the update, then see if you are able to play the game without the freezing issue. (Please note that this will not harm your game saves in the process.)
I tried this and it did not work, the game still freezes at the point where Bigby exits the elevator.
I apologize for the inconvenience, please try Restoring your PS3 File System & Database and see if you are then able to continue the Episode without this issue occurring.
