The Walking Dead Season Two Black Screen
After pressing start to play the game, at the bottom it says connecting and after a few seconds the screen turns black followed by my Xbox crashing. I've reinstalled it two or three times, restarted my internet, reboot my system, but nothing seems to be working. I have an Xbox elite that holds 120 GB that I bought back in early 2010, so I dont think its due to an old age system. I also have around 51 GB left on my hardrive. Any solution to the problem would be great, because other people also seem to be having the same issue.

It worked once I signed out of Xbox Live, but I still can't download the episode, is it not out for the Xbox yet?
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, we are currently looking into the root cause of the issue, and hope to have a resolution in the near future. Can you please clarify the amount of time that you waited at the black screen before turning off the console? Can you please clarify if you can press the Xbox button, and exit back to the Xbox Dashboard during the black screen?
No I cant go to the dashboard, and I left it on the black screen while I was on the forums, so for at least 20-30 minutes
