Bought S&M + TMI, when will they arrive?

I sent a support request about this almost two weeks ago, but haven't gotten back a reply, and the automatic reply email suggested to post here, so here goes..

Currently my order says the following:

Order #xxx:
Tales of Monkey Island
Surfin' the Highway Celebration Special
Sam & Max Season Two Poster Print (Unsigned)

Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info.


It's been like this for more than three weeks now, and I'm getting worried. I understand this is going to ship as one item? The issue is that since the TMI discs will ship only after the season ends (in 6 months or something), does this mean that it will postpone the whole delivery and I would have to wait for 6 months to get the Sam&Max box as well?

If so, is there any way to change the order so that the items will be sent in two shipments so that I could get to enjoy my Sam&Max set now and get the TMI then later on when it's ready to ship?

    You can't order the Tales of Monkey Island DVD yet, so that shouldn't hold up your physical goods order.

    It looks like the back ordered item in question is the large Sam & Max Crossbones t-shirt. We just ordered some more last week, and we estimate another 2 weeks until they're ready to ship, plus up to an additional 4-6 weeks max for international shipping. So that's up to a 2 month delay, at the most. We apologize for the delay.

    The new Max & Crossbones t-shirts just arrived at our warehouse last week and your order was sent to the warehouse on Friday. It should ship out early this week. Also your shopping cart and confirmation email should have reflected that one of the items was backordered but that seems not to be working properly for the Celebration Bundle, we're looking into it now. So sorry about that!

    Thanks for the reply! Can't wait to get to my goods! :cool: Now all I have is to hope that the Finnish customs won't snatch the package and hold it for ransom over several weeks and lots of euros.. :(
