Getting Banned

BLoppBLopp Banned
in Site Support

So my old account(bloop) got banned for 12 hours, I can understand why. But that was yesterday and it's still banned now. Someone shed light on this situation please.

Please note that creating another account after your first account is banned, is against forum rules and guidelines.     There was a glitch on our end that resulted in your ban status not being revoked when it should have. I checked in on your account last night and fixed this manually. As TelltaleMike mentioned, your account should be good now. If this happens again, you can also try PMing a Moderator such as myself, @OzzyUK, @Jennifer, or @Vainamoinen for the possibility of a quicker response. Sorry about that.

    Not a problem. Since your original account is active, I will permaban this account since it is an alternate account. Again, sorry for the wait.

    EDIT: Actually, I see your replied from your original account. Your alternate account is now banned, but your original account is fine.
