To me? The writing is the best thing, Isayama is my favorite writer, this anime gave me an outtake on life.
Not to mention the soundtrack, animation and concept are all the best I've ever seen in an anime.
And the feels man, oh the feels.
That's why I like it so much, no show/game/movie ever had me crying, or at least tearing up, until this one, like it knew the right combination to my feels, it's hard not to get emotionally invested into the characters.
