    i sent a mail to the supp mail as follows:

    hello there,
    among smartphones, we android users are the largest commiunity in the market.
    what we don't understand is why there is no support for android users in your website and also why we don't recive episodes on time like iphone users and all other platforms?!?!
    even now more then two weeks after ep 4 got released to all other platforms for android there is no release date!!!
    just have a look at the your support forum and see how many android users posting there about this!

    we paid our best money to get a good service like every other user who play this game and what we get is much much less! telltale need to fix this fast!

    we want answers:
    1) when there will be a supp forum for android users just like any other platform?
    2) when android updates will be alined with all other platforms about the release date of new chapters and seasons?
    3) i saw that some people want refund about their purches because there is no release date and there are many spoilers running on the intrnt. how can it be done?
    4) finally, when is ep 4 will be released to android platform? and don't answer something like: "there is no release date at the moment but as soon as we know we will update it at our site"
    give us a true answer!!!!
    we want to get updates on time like everybody else does!!! and that you guys on telltale will treat us like you should and not like class C users! its not right the eay you treat us right now!

    hope to get from you guys a sincere answers. there are many of as who wait for you to set things strait up!

  • Therefore that this post was edited 7 minutes after it was posted, there is a pretty sad number of answers to the questions posted by many of your customers. I mean, you could have at least tell us something thats not totally useless, like that you guys are sorry for the delay and maybe explain the cause of the episode not beeing released on the regular time. Everyone knows you are reading what is beeing written, and you are basically doing the worst you can to statisfy your customers.

Can't release in line with other systems fine with that constantly ignore all of the Android gamers constantly when all we ask for is something pertaining to release besides coming soon I am almost to the point of just completely uninstalling if hadn't already spent my hard earned money on the season pass I would the lack of care we've shown proves how much telltale cares for its fans but that's okay telltale will not receive a penny of mine for s3 or any other game.

    but the question of E4 S2 haunts me too
    i thought that telltale is busy in e5,but now that all other platforms hav e4,m dissappointed badly
    and one more dissappintment is that y any other of telltale game on android? onky ealkinh dead is in playstore what about borderlands,wolf among us and other games?

  • This is my last post in this forum, i will certainly never buy a season pass on any of the plattforms again, the system of bringing out episodes one after the other sounded like a brilliant idea to me, you can speculate with friends about what happens, like with a tv show. And your games are awesome, thats a fact. But that you publish an episode for all of the plattforms except one, not even providing a release date nor an explanation, thats just unfair to a level i would not have expected from you guys. If i ever buy one of your Games again, it will be a used retail version.

    Always remember my fellow Android users: NEVER buy a season pass from any Telltale game ever again. Until that pathetic excuse for a game company start including us in their episode releases, we'll just have to put our money to better use. Hell, Telltale Games should be renamed to Turtle Games considering their very, very, very, very slow service for their paying customers.

    I will NEVER buy another Telltale game on Kindle again. So awful they care so little about customers on these platforms. The least they could do is provide an honest and thorough explanation regarding the delay. I'm contacting Amazon today to seek a refund on the season pass I purchased. I no longer care to play (due to the whole plot being spoiled and Telltales lack of explanation around this). I actually feel a little misled around what it meant to buy a season pass on Kindle. I didn't realize we'd be the LAST people to get this episode.

    EDIT: Full refund issued by Amazon. Seriously, will NEVER make this mistake again on a Telltale game. There are a ton of other game developers out there who care about their customers and respond to their inquiries with REAL answers.

    We're wasting our time complaining here. Telltale games' staff are still being ignorant. Episode 4 will probably be released on Android after a hundred years have passed. And even if episode 4 is released on Android, then what? When episode 5 is finally released are we going to be left out again? Are we only gonna get the episode after several weeks when everyone already has it? Are the staff of Telltale Games still going to be douchebags by ignoring and being indifferent to our complaints and pleas? Will Telltale Games ever change for the better? Who knows.

  • Woah, I googled for a release date and found a hate speech thread. Seriously guys, chill out. I didn't even know episode 4 was out for other platforms yet.

    Now that I'm here, I might as well make some enemies. Frankly, all this "I want my money back, I'm never buying their stuff again" is pointless and infantile. You clearly like the game, or you wouldn't be so upset.

    The reason season passes exist is so that the developer makes enough money to improve a) the current project, and b) improve future projects. So if you want your money back, fine. Don't expect season 3 on android. "But they made us wait". Well, hopefully the money they make off the android sales will mean it becomes a worthwhile platform for them, and we'll be included in the release date schedule in future.

    Also, porting takes time. Sometimes, its almost like starting from scratch. It isn't cut and paste. Baldurs Gate was delayed for -months- on android, because they simply couldn't get it to work. And now it is, and works perfectly. Worth the wait.

    So, basically, I politely recommend you quit your incessant whining, go for a jog, read a book and wait patiently for what is sure to be an exciting episode in an exciting series by a developer that has yet to genuinely disappoint me. Stop being jerks.

I dont care when it is going to be released but they should atleast announce the release date so we have a smth. to look forward to. Maybe it takes time porting a game which i dont believe but they could at least tell us the real reason causing the delay or even apologize for it so we android customers dont feel completely left out.

    Did I make a mistake buying it for android because I was too lazy to do it on PS3? Maybe... But, damn it! It's the decision I made.

    You're right, man. Believe it or not, it actually doesn't take that much time to port a game. Think about it, Telltale Games already ported Episode 4 to PC/Mac, Playstation 3, Playstation Vita, Xbox 360, and iPhone and iPad. They were all released ON THE SAME WEEK. So that means it shouldn't take Telltale Games to port Episode 4 into Android any longer. But strangely they haven't done anything. They're not even telling us any info. It would be okay for me if the episode was released only a few days after iOS but it's already been weeks!

  • That's just as wrong as what Telltale is doing.
    Ultimately, everyone gets screwed if you're stealing too. Being a thief does not come with bragging rights. Shame on you. This isn't some frivolous freemium game that attempts to nickel-and-dime you at every turn. It's not as if you're stealing some in-game virtual currency. The game that you're playing (at no cost) took a lot of work to create in the first place. I just won't buy Telltale season passes anymore, and that's that. Lesson learned. Just because they've pissed me off with some really horrendous customer service does not give me license to steal a series that someone worked so hard to create.
    You may think that writing this will cause Telltale to get it together on Android... but it won't. It's probably just depressing for the hard working people at Telltale that have no control over release dates. You're hurting innocent parties too.
    If there's any game that deserves money, it's this one. That's why I'm so disappointed with the company creating it. I've been rooting for Telltale a really long time.

  • myepicyear is totally right. Just because smn does smth that is not right in your oppinion doesnt give you the right to do whatever the hell you want. Especially if you "cracked" the game first, and then found out Telltale did smthn thats unfair. Simply, you did something illegal, and now you're trying to talk it straight because of the companys behaviour. IMHO, Telltale isnt right with what they are doing atm.
    But you, just as anyone here, likes the game itself and it is worth the money. I dont think think the creative part of the company has to decide on which plattform it will be released first / last. Though i think the for android responsible part of the company, is not doing their job very well, the game itself is, once again, a masterpiece.
