"Choice of Zombies"
I found this game yesterday, and played through it until the end. It's kind of like TWD chose your own adventure wise, and it's really fun. I thought you guys on this forum might be interested in playing it.

Oh i remember this, i played it a while back. It's pretty good.
I stoped halfway through because it was really long,(Or maybe it was lazyness =p.) but i need to play it again.
Wow I stuck with Brian the whole time and then at the very end I sacrificed myself for him then I saved the guy from the hord before I became a zombie. This was amazing thanks for showing me this!!
I ended up with Kaden on the island and I found the key to ending the ZA... That was cool ,I'm gonna play it again so I can see what else can happen

Though we both got bitten but she sent out the message that the cure is there. 
I played as a nice guy first time, now I'm gonna play as a super badass zombie killer.
I had Brian, Justin (I think) Chris, and Kaiden on the island. Found the cure as well.
Oh, how did you get bitten? Me and Kayden found the basement on the island then gave it to the military and went down as the people who saved the world and started rebuilding humanity...
You folks should check out Zombie Exodus as well and, if you want to support the company while helping to show there's a market for interactive fiction on Steam, they have the Heroes Rise games/stories on Steam.
As an aside, anyone interested in giving interactive fiction a shot should download choicescript from there with it being free, especially as they'll sell your work for you. It might be intimidating at first, but it's really not that difficult after spending 1 - 3 days learning the various commands. This is coming from a non-programmer btw.
That said, Inklewriter is much easier to use and pretty much has no learning curve, particularly if you're not as bothered about selling your work. They will convert your book for you and such, but . . . it just looks a mess to me and wouldn't play as well, I think, depending on the type of story.
Played as female cuz yolo, and cured the the thing with Jennifer, Lisa, and Kayden.
I decided to play as an adult version of me - I'm Sonya, a paramedic (I don't want to become a medic though, but I'm interested in biology) that likes to play sports in her free time and not good in engineering.
I tried to be as humane as possible, so I ended the game with 84 points of humanity. I saved Kayden with making her jump into the car, I asked Michelle to follow us to the mall, I saved Jennifer with a shotgun. In the mall I sticked with Erica and tried to comfort Jennifer. Then, I sent myself to go over the louvers, but unfortunately I got bit. Before I completely turned into a zombie, I saved woman's life. It was very sad.
As I see, you can get a happy ending with finding a cure. I'm too lazy right now, but later I'll try to get this ending.
Played this awhile back. There's also a good one on this site that someone else made called Zombie Exodus. The whole thing isn't on the website, but you can get pretty far. You can buy the whole thing from a few different services, but I don't remember them all.
Me, Kayden, Michael, and Justin went to the mall. After everyone there was killed we went to a city to try and make it to a boat. We ended up being cornered by zombies, and Michael jumped and left me. Time to go again.

Exodus is awesome. If I may ask, which ending did you get? First time I played I got the ending where you find the bunker, build a community and then some guys and blow half of it up, if I remember.
Played this awhile back, but I remember that I made a cure and lived with Kayden and a few others that I can't remember, although I do believe it was a total sausage fest on the island. I'll play it again to see what happens.
Well, the reason it was a sausage fest is because males can only get male group members and females can only get female group members. I never really liked that feature.
I thought it was memorable, kinda cool, but a far cry from the tone of The Walking Dead. It's interactive and partly less about killing zombies, but still about killing zombies. When you see a tracker for how many zombies or people you've killed, it hasn't gone that far enough away from the "zombie-killing-spree" type appeal. It's more about offering a sense of achievement, but that's not close enough to "Do I refuse to give this asshole rations and suffer the wrath of Gru?" It's about feeling like you've won.
You "finish" the Walking Dead. You "complete" it. You don't "win" it. Do you see the difference?
You should give Tom Goulden's spin-off a try. It's on his DeviantArt page, called "Just Short of the Dead". Kind of reaching for a good title there, but trust me, the faults of the first episode are worth slogging through for what happens at the end of it, and then pretty much the entire 2nd episode as well. He has yet to finish the 3rd.

Finally beat it. Made it to the island with Lisa, Jennifer, and Kayden, as I decided to play as a girl this time. Michelle left earlier when we went to the church. We survived the attack, but Lisa died while we were making traps. Then we cured the virus

EDIT: Wow, just beat episode two. Those scumbags. Excited for episode three now.
So, I became a make paramedic who liked video games but was not good with machinery, then grabbed Kayden, Michael, and Justin and headed for the church. Michael then left, and I became a window-washer. Anita and Justin started having sex right next to me, and then they went into this creepy crypt. I followed them down with a hammer. What the fuck is this shit going on down here. Like what the fuck. Seriously, what the actual fuck. I should have left with Michael. WHAT THE FUCK. Justin just died. I got bitten. I then burned the church to the ground. Apparently Justin is alive, go figure. I then became a zombie and saved a man.
Alright, let's go again.
I head for the mall, because FUCK the church. Grabbed Michael. then Justin, and sidetracked to grab Lev. Saved Lev and started heading for the mall. I then side with Michael to go for the mall, as I know the prison turns into a full-on riot, and the church, well fuck that shit. Learned the only way to stop Michael from his tirades is to snap at him. Kind of feel bad now. Justin then does the same shit he did at the church, just replace Luke with Michael. I then get a choice between calming Justin down or eating. The last time I ate there were drugs in my soup, so fuck that. Saved Kayden with Lev, because Justin is useless. Scott then killed himself and we left the mall with Lev, Michael, and Kayden. Found a zombie baby. Justin is being a dick. Michael now respects me. Made it to the island on the speedboat. Saved Lev AGAIN. I am now the ultimate hero of the zombie apocalypse. Huh, how about that?
Really? That kind of sucks, but oh well.
I just finished my playthrough. I was a paramedic gamer. Stuck with an old woman named Bonnie my whole game, trusted her on the prison until we had to head for the mall (with Jennifer and Kayden in tow.) When Bonnie wanted to leave, I left with her for the island and left the others behind, and did some pretty awesome shit involving killing a bunch of zombies with a Jeep. Yes! Then when it came to going into a store or scaling a wall I tried to bust into the store. Failed, got eaten. Resisted my zombie nature and saved one last human being, a woman (was it Bonnie?) before succumbing forever to my horrible fate.
That was pretty fun, I want to play again (I want to see if Bonnie and I could have survived longer had I scaled the wall...)
Yesssss! I was going to bring this up! I loved these episodes, can't wait for more from him.
So I survived with Justin and Kayden, became the ultimate hero of the zombie apocalypse, cured the plague, made it to an island. But not before killing 45 zombies, sniping from a rooftop and fighting indoors. Also, some weird shit going on at the church trying to feed people to zombies, but I frazzled Anita before she could get Justin killed.
I didn't finish it unfortunately. Got up to part 4's start.
No specific reason why, as I enjoyed it, but I have a tendancy to drop games/stories part of the way through and then not go back or to restart.
Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention that even though it's not a zombie game, Tin Star is also well worth checking out. Supposedly 1.3 million words with about 80, 000 seen per playthrough. I can easily believe it having checked out the code and read it to the end.
Yeah, it did seem to have a bit of a comical vibe, more so than TWD anyway. Definitely a bit 'happier' considering it's a zombie game.

Finally got the "best" ending. Me, Kayden, Michael, Justin, and Lev cured the virus and saved the world.
I died.. twice.
I'll play it again. I guess i got eaten by a zombie the first time and the second time i got bitten.

I got absolutely the same ending! Except that I sticked with Michelle instead of Bonnie and didn't leave anyone behind.
This remembers me of a good ol' game on NewGrounds called "The Sagittarian" it was a classic and still is.
I tried playing it a few times to see different endings, man they worked hard on this.
Second time I survived with Brian, because he's the freakin best. (Traps, firearm knowledge)
Third time I tried to solo it and discovered something...interesting...at the church if you are alone.

So I played again a few more times... Michael and I ended up as zombie chow in the alley... Brian and I survived on the island after leaving the kid, Justin and Lev at the mall and it fell to shit. My last one, I racked up 70 zombie kills, I shot Anita whilst Brian shot Luke saving me and I cured the plague and survived on the Island with Kayden, Brian, Chris and Justin.
I didn't save anyone, I didn't kill any walkers.
But I got laid.....
Doesn't matter, had sex!
