some part of picture is black collour
I just played season 1 eps.1 on my galaxy tab p3100 with no problem but when i play to next episode (eps.2) i have a problem that some part of picture on game is just black collour,please fix it,.and i really appreciate it,.very love this game.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it
3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.
4) Force Close all applications running in the background, then turn off your device for a few minutes before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again.
5) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
i just tried no.1 to 4 solution but it seems no fix it,i want to try no.5 solution but i want to ask ,..is the walking dead really running on the other p3100 tab without problem like me??
