I0m not getting my activation key for TOMI

Hello,

I don't have the activation key in my games page yet. I try to login, gives me an "Errorundefined" tells me I'm already logged in, great, but I don't have the game.

I pre-ordered it the day it was announced.

What happened?

    You're not alone getting that errorundefined message. I'm completely unable to activate TOMI. No problems running in demo mode, but for once the launcher has actually completely stopped me activating a game.

    Nevermind, all done. I also sent an e-mail. Disregard it, please.

    I was just too giddy with anticipation.

    Same here, I can download the game and even install it, but once I go to activate the game I also get the 'Errorundefined' message and I get no further.

    The Sam and Max and Wallace and Grommit launchers work fine. Any ideas/
