400 Days Not Saving After Epilogue to Import
Morning,
After a fifth attempt, I finally managed to get successfully through to the end of Season One. However, when I go to import the saves into Season Two, it does not recognize that I have completed 400 Days. It loads the save file for me where I have just completed Shel's chapter, and about to start the Epilogue.
I can reload Season One, load my save, which states "Continue", and go through the Epilogue right quick. Now, if I go into my save on Season One, it does not give the "Continue" option, so I figure that it is complete. When I go to Season Two, it only detects the save prior to the completion of the Epilogue. I go back to Season One, and it once again gives me the option to "Continue" the 400 Days content...(I hope this makes sense.)
I have uploaded my files here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5LMTPzqY9Wmd2hpV2tlbjNtRkk/edit?usp=sharing
I should also note, I'm not sure if it might be attributing to the issues, but when I start up Season Two, I need to go in and reset my Full Screen to off and then back on for the resolution to fit each time (I do not need to adjust the resolution size though). I'm also running both versions purchased through Steam on OSX.
Thanks again,
Matt

Please rename the prefs.prop file in
/Users/YOURNAME/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/The Walking Dead/Pack/WalkingDead106/
to prefs.prop.bak to disable it, then restart the game, and your save files should be restored.
(Your Library folder is sometimes hidden, to make it visible, please open a Finder window, and at the top of the screen, click Go and hold down the Option key. The Library will now become available in the drop down menu. Click that and follow the above file path, and rename the file as specified above, then restart the game)
That worked. Thanks!
Any idea what might be causing me to constantly have reset the full screen on Season Two?
Thanks again,
Matt
Can you please clarify if you have Steam Cloud saving enabled for The Walking Dead: Season Two? Also, if you disable it, are you able to start the game without having to reset the full screen mode? (You can check this by right clicking on the game in your Steam library, clicking properties, and click the updates tab. Near the bottom of the page, you can see if the Steam cloud is enabled for The Walking Dead: Season 2.)
Sorry, I forgot to mention that. It is disabled for the game.
Can you please clarify if you click Apply after changing the game to Full Screen Mode, and are not backing out of the menu without hitting the Apply button? If you do not hit Apply, your changes will not be saved to your preferences properly.
I have been, yes.
Another thing I've just noticed is that just with this game, when I first launch it through Steam, I get a popup requesting accessibility access from "Steam.app" despite it already being approved. (This only happens the first time, subsequent launches of the game do not cause the popup to show back up unless I close and reopen Steam.) Perhaps it's an issue with permissions or some sort?
Thanks.
