Unrelated but just wondering
My friend plays the walking dead on android and he has told me he hasn't been able to get to play episode 4 yet. Then he downloaded the update which in theory should've enabled him to get episode 4 because he bought the season pass. But it didn't. It still says that episode 4 is coming soon for him. So he deleted the app yesterday to try to figure out the problem hoping it would fix it but that only made things worse because now all episodes except episode 1 says coming soon on them. Has this happened to anyone else? And if it has how did you fix? Side note his phone is not jail broken

He can restore his purchases by typing in his iCloud password.
If he is on an Android device, he should be able to go to his purchase history from inside the Google Play App Store, and find his purchase of the Season Pass, and be able to re-download it from there.
