Black Screen after connecting to servers.
I went to download and play Episodes 2-4 and was met with a black screen every time I connected to the servers. I bought the Season Pass when Episode 1 launched and haven't downloaded the remaining episodes yet. I saw a workaround posted saying that I could play as long as I was offline. The problem is, I can't play offline without a profile loaded and I can't load a profile without connecting to XBox Live. If I leave my 360 alone on the black screen, my system will crash after about 1 minute.

I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. We believe to have resolved the black screen issue that was occurring yesterday, and you should now be able to start the game while connected to the internet, and successfully connect and play the game. Again, my apologies for any inconveniences you have experienced.
