Rotate idols? How?

Hey, I´m stucked in the part where I need to rotate the idols. I´ve put the noose in one idol blank nose and the cheese in another who has no head. But I dont know what to do now!

And I dont understand what Guybrush is telling me!

Any clues, please?

    Just click on the idol (which will take you to a close-up view), and then click on the individual segments (eyes, nose, mouth).

    ...after that you also need to use the pearl-key with the clam on the right side of the idol. If you haven't picked it up yet, it will be by the 'mystical door', sitting in the clam-lock, where you gain access to the windchanger.

    You need to put the "ancient Weather Vane " on the top of idols.

    did you use the cheese wheel on eye figures under the jail bars?

    Broken one? The one without an axle?
    It can wait until the others are sorted, he's not that impatient to be summoned
