I apologize for the inconvenience. We have had a few reports from players experiencing this issue, and are currently looking further into the root cause of the issue. We hope to have a resolution in the near future. Unfortunately at this time, the only workaround is to delete the Save Data Utility for the game from the Save Data Utility menu on your PS3's XMB, and start a new game in Season Two. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this may cause you, as we look further into the issue.
I am also experiencing the same issue. I'm hoping that there is another solution because I assume that you understand that I don't want to lose or redo all of the progress that I have made. Thanks in advance in regards to your assistance and support.
My apologies. We are still currently looking into the issue, and hope to have an update in the near future. Unfortunately at this time, my above workaround is the only way to currently resolve this particular issue.

I apologize for being such a bother, but I have two questions; is this issue still being investigated for alternate solutions? If I follow your suggestion and delete the game from my "Saved Data Utility (PS3)", will I lose the progress that I made on my four original "Save Files"?
if you delete the save file from "Saved Data Utility (PS3)'' you are gonna lost your progress but you won't lose the episodes
Same issue with me....I really hope this situation continues to get worked on and not dismissed. I play this game for casual fun and don't have endless time to just replay a whole season; re-working the 4 save files that I did intentionally set up a certain way to try to maximize alternate storylines that may unfold.
Same thing is happening to me. I choose save files, and absolutely nothing appears. The pictures for save files 1 - 4 appear on the side, but nothing loads. The deleting the utility thing worked though.
