Refund for Season Pass
As a Kindle customer I am over it. We have asked on every single platform-here, the blog, Twitter, Facebook-for updates to the release dates of episodes 4 and 5 which have been out for all other platforms for THREE MONTHS. The only answer we have ever received is that there is no release date. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a game developer. How and when can we request refunds? It's not out of line to get them since you haven't and apparently won't deliver the product we paid for. Please reply with the exact steps for us to get our money back.

Amen. It's beyond obnoxious at this point. I'm not getting a refund though because I've already waited so long. I can say that I'm done buying Telltale games for my Kindle though. They obviously can't handle it as a platform. Telltale loves biting off more than they can chew and they're clearly in over their heads. I've been a loyal PC customer of theirs for years and they've never been this horrible. They've taken forever to release episodes before, but it was never THIS bad. Apparently, Kindle customers are the red-headed stepchild when it comes to Telltale purchases/customer service. So, I see no reason to continue to buy their games for my Kindle in the future. Word will get around and they'll eventually suffer for it. I don't say that gladly either. I'd like to see them expand and prosper, but their lack of communication is inexcusable and downright insulting. The very least they could do is communicate with us, considering they had no problem taking our money.
