Xbox 360 retail disc glitch (lagging) Season 1, Xbox 4GB Slim console.

Hi

I live in Israel. I just got the retail disc version of the Walking Dead season 1 game and have the bad lagging issues that everyone is talking about as I have the 4GB slim Xbox.
i bought the game from an EBGames store at melbourne Austrelia. and i can't go there again to replace it.
i allready tried to contact you thru email and i'v yet to have any respond...
what can i do?
please help me
