No option is coming up for a certain choice in ep 3

I have played this game for quite a few episodes now, so i know the controls. I'm not able to choose to save Omid first in the end of Ep 3.
There is a dot by Omid to press which should give me the option to help him onto the train, but it won't.show up... I am able to select to save Crissa without a hitch.

I've not had this issue with any other choices in the entire game so far.

I'm playing this on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

I don't want to help Crissa first, I want to help Omid :/ Any ideas on how i can fix this glitch?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try rewinding the episode back to the chapter/checkpoint before that particular scene, and see if you are then able to help Omid first.
