Missing Achievements from EP 3
Ohai, I played the game through but I miss Xbox achievements. I already checked in with xbox support and they directed me here as they cannot fix the gamerscores. My Gamertag is: Commander1024
It's about EP3. I played it on release date when I could first download it. I finished it the same day got 100GS on my xbox account and those 8 achievements are shown as completed on my xbox but not in the web. And the xbox also dispays the game now as 400/500 GS complete with 32/40 unlocked on overview page, while when watching the detail page it says 40/40.
The very next day, it got an update installed, but that did not fix that afterwards. I can also not unlock them by playing EP3 again.
Is it possible to fix that remotely from your side, or to reset everything so that I can play through it again?

I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this causes you. If you haven't yet, I recommend recovering your gamertag, clearing your system's cache, and then playing through the Episode again to pick up any missing achievements. Here are links on how to do each of these:

Ohai, although I did not have the highest expectations, those steps indeed helped to resolve the problems, I can now play though EP03 again and I already got the episode's first achievement.

So your telling me even though I paid for the full season up front, had to wait ridiculous amounts of time to get new episodes, and finished the game being told I was getting all of the achievements, and then selling my 360 because there was nothing else I can't play on my xbox one I won't even be able to get these achievement points because of a glitch by Telltale?? I like to collect all of my points and especially after paying for this up front and playing each episode gaining everything there is no other way to make the achievements I already gained unlock? If this was a glitch by Telltale shouldn't there just be an easy way to have them add these achievements to my account? If the episode that caused the problems wasn't fully ready and glitch free why would Telltale release it? I've never had a problem with any achievements in my 10 years of using Xbox live so this is something brand new to me.
My apologies for any difficulties caused by this. Unfortunately my above solution is the only known workaround to acquire Microsoft achievements. I recommend contacting Microsoft Support, and see if they have any other suggestions, or if they are able to add the achievements to your account.
