I read the sticky post, should I have gotten a response by now?

My order got stuck in processing and I submitted an email inquiry yesterday around 6:00AM PST. I got a confirmation email and a followup asking for my order number about 6 hours later, and I haven't heard back since. I know you guys said to be patient, but I really wanna play TOMI and it is almost a day later!
