emailed support staff 12 days ago... no response.. is this how you treat your paying customers?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. You should have heard a response if you sent an email to our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com within a few days of sending your email. If you have not received an email back yet from them, can you please provide the Ticket ID # that you received in an autoresponse after sending your email? I will then send your information to the Support Staff in order to have your support email responded to.
