No serial number yet??

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me? I pre-ordered the game on early june and I *still* don't have my serial number for the game. I sent 2 messages to TellTale asking them my serial number, no answers.

    Is it in your list of ordered games? Check the icon of the joystick on the top right on the page.

    Yes, it is in the list, but there is no serial number on the said page. :-(

    Can you download it? If you can download it you can activate it without the serial.

    I've already sent 2 emails to your Support group. I haven't got any answers yet... It's been almost a week.

    Right on, I just checked support for your two emails and we sent two replies. Please add support@telltalegames.com to your safe emails list because your spam filter might be catching them.

    It looks like TMI was ordered as a gift (which is strange because we didn't allow gifting for TMI!) but I went ahead and made the correction myself to prevent more issues. Check your account page, there should be a real serial number now...
