Season 1 Episode 4 glitch

When I sneak in to the crawford school and go out the alley door to find molly, it goes back to when everyone is in the sewer. Then, when i go up the ladder, I can't open the manhole cover. I can't continue the game. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try rewinding to the chapter/checkpoint before that scene, and re-play through that part of the Episode, and you should not experience the issue again.

    I did what you said and it still took me back to the sewer.

    My apologies, if you are still experiencing the issue, please try rewinding 2 chapter/checkpoints before the issue, and your issue should be resolved. If it still occurs after a few tries, you may need to restart the episode. My apologies for any difficulties this has caused you.
