Season 1 Skipping Scenes Glitch
My husband and I have recently bought Season 1 & 2 on the the Xbox One. My husband is playing season 1 right now and experiencing horrible glitches. In episode 1 it completely skipped the scene where you hear from Glenn on the radio and now on episode 4 it skipped the scene right when you enter the school at Crawford and the one where Molly tells Lee she's keeping the battery until she gets back from her mission. Now that the Molly scene was skipped somehow the game is now stuck and cannot move to the next part of the game. We have played the game on Xbox 360 and never experienced these glitches before. But the xbox one version is full of them.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you started the game on your Xbox One before the game was fully installed? I recommend deleting the game, and then reinstalling it. Then wait for it to be fully 100% installed before starting it for the first time, and start it, and see if you do not experience these issues again.
I didn't start the game until it was fully installed. So I'm not sure why it's skipping scenes
My apologies, please try rewinding to the previous chapter/checkpoint, and see if you are then able to progress through that particular scene. If you are still unable, please try rewinding two chapters/checkpoints before the section you are stuck on. You may need to try this a few times in order to resolve the issue. We are currently looking into the issue, and hope to have a resolution in the near future.
