I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if your device is using the Vivante GC4000 GPU? If so, it may not meet the Minimum System Requirements to run the game successfully. Please make sure that any applications in the background have been force closed, and that the game application is updated to the latest version, and see if your issue is resolved. Unfortunately if you are still unable to play, I recommend either playing on a device above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for further assistance, or a refund request.
I am using Huawei Ascend P6. The app was downloaded from Google Play, but there's no text in the game and the game folder do not contain any other folders, only few files I transfered (save game+custom translations) but that issue appeared from the begging so it is not causing a problem. What's your suggestion?

Vivante core is not supported, sad story.
My apologies, unfortunately the Vivante GPU is not an officially supported GPU, and the game may not perform correctly. I recommend playing on an Android device with a supported GPU, or contacting Google Play Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.
