Instant Black Screen on Mac
Hi there,
I downloaded this game from Steam yesterday, and every time I launch it a black screen shows up with the cricket sound. I haven't gotten into the game to change the settings or save files, so these aren't the issue.
I'm running OSX Yosemite ver. 10.10, on the late 2013 Macbook w/ Retina.
I also had frequent crashes with The Wolf Among Us, though got around this by restarting after autosaves.
Will appreciate any help as to getting the game working,

Just chiming in, I'm experiencing the same problem with same OS and 2014 MacbookPro.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank/black screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Command+F for Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.

Command + F worked, though even on the lowest possible setting, it's still a black screen when going onto fullscreen. It seems to be playable windowed, though. Is there anything else that may help? Otherwise I can play through the game windowed if necessary.
I did do command f for my mac and the game works, but even though i set all of the settings on low, i still get a black or disorientated screen. Is there something else that can help fix this problem?
I, too, am having this problem with the version of the game downloaded from Steam. I've verified the game cache and changed the settings and I'm still encountering the problem.
My apologies, for those of you still experiencing the issue, please try Adjusting the Settings of your Retina Display, and see if you are then able to see/play the game successfully.
