Blocker PS Vita Season two Season Pass problem

The game can not be downloaded. I bought the Season Pass and could download Episodes 2-5, but the first Episode is missing and the rest can not be installed. There is no Download button for the Season Pass. Could you please help me out?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please ensure that you have downloaded both the demo and unlock key; both of which should be in the View Downloads list on the PlayStation store. Downloading both will give you access to Episode 1 of The Walking Dead: Season 2.

    Thats the problem: the download list only lists the episodes 2-5.

    Hello, I have the same problem in the german Playstation Store in my Vita.
    I bought the Season Pass and I can't find Season 2 Episode 1 and also not the demo.
    It is also not in the downloads list.
    I can download episodes 2-5, but of course can't install them without the ep. 1.

    What should I do?
    I can't use my purchase at the moment...
