The only thing keeping me going is knowing that over here in the UK, The Wolf Among Us is coming to PS4 too on Friday which from what I've s… moreeen is another epic Telltale game in the style of The Walking Dead so that'll distract me for a little bit till they get the fix for this game, it's another game where your choices affect the game

Same issue here! Have walking dead season 1 bought from psn store and wwalking dead season 2 on disk. Play through wd1 now and put in WD sea… moreson 2 and it won't load the save file from season 1. That's outragous !!!!!! When will there be a fix for this?? Live in the Netherlands with a ps4 system.
Also same problems in Germany with the disc version from amazon. I'm a bit disappointed because it's the same issue when it came out for PS3 and now you made the same mistake twice. Maybe the same patch work on PS4 You did not do some tests with the PS4 version, do you? Or how on earth is it possible that a game from a good company like yours has such a failure?

The thing that confuses me the most is its been out in America for longer than it has elsewhere , with no one stating there having this issue, why is it everywhere else does? its the same game, whats different, mind boggling, and i also agree, surely someone should have checked this stuff?

I too am having this problem I am from the UK and have bought the PS4 physical versions of both Season 1 and 2 and I cannot import my season 1 save file into season 2....hope this gets fixed soon I really want to play season 2 as soon as possible at least I have Assassins Creed Unity and my most anticipated game since like 2012 Dragon Age Inquisition to tie me over until this problem is solved.

Hey guys, I've found a way of starting the game with practically the same story as when you left off, I started the game and it didn't find a save file but started the game anyway, it recaps the choices you made BUT when you see something you didn't choose, go back to the main menu and do it again, till it hits the choices you made and then start the game, I only had to do this 3 times till it worked, the main choices are from Season 1, it doesn't matter about 400 Days (yet as I haven't met the characters in Season 2 yet) but it's better than waiting and until Telltale come up with a fix, I've started the game with all of the same choices I made without a save file good luck to you all if you wait for a fix but I've made my decision and I'm off to kill zombies with Clementine, feel free to join us

Hello guys, I have the same problem as you all. I live in Spain, and I bought both Seasons for the PS4, I just finished the season 1 during Halloween, and today I was about to start season 2, and my PS4 won't find my file. I tried everything and nothing worked, I find very frustrating that we need internet to load files that are in our consoles already.
Plus it's worse for me, because I am studying at college and in my residence, they have a firework that doesn't let me to get on Playstation Network, so I can't check or even get the patch to fix this up until I come back home for Christmas.
The only thing I really thank for is that I got both seasons new, retailed and for 10 bucks both of them with a few extras, like the first comic, and that I originaly bought Season 1 in retail version for the PS Vita, and I have preordered from a couple of months ago Season 2 retail version and The Wolf Among us for the portable console too, so maybe it will work on the Vita.
But seriously, it's very frustrating that we need internet for something as silly and simple as this, I don't like being forced to be connected to the internet to play a game that doesn't require it at all. Thankfully the game doesn't take up too much space on the PS4 (4.3 GB).

I have both physical copies of tell-tales walking dead season one and season two for PlayStation 4
To make things clear I brought both games from a video game shop
I have just completed season one of tell-tales the walking dead +400 days
I put season two desk into my PlayStation 4 once I am at the main menu I select play select episode one all that remains
Once I have done that it brings me up to the import season one save screen then I select ok
and then it tells me it's unable to find a save
it tells me I can play season two which will randomise choices I could have made in season one or buy season one which I presume is a digital download I already own a copy of season one and two
This is absolutely ridiculous! I've had season 2 on my hard drive for a week now, and telltale haven't even addressed the issue, they've just been jerking themselves off on twitter, retweeting praise for their buggy products. This needs fixed asap!

Telltales just responded to an email I sent them saying ''they are current investigating a way to fix the issue'' but you guys are right this wait is getting ridiculous I mean I love TT so much I think they are amazing and am sure they are doing evreything they can to solve the issue but this is actually starting to really annoy me c'mon hurry up Telltales I want to play TWD S2 before AC Unity comes out next Friday.
Hi again everyone , after 6 days i could not wait no longer. i had to play the game and not have it just sit there . altho i was offered a refund on both games i decided that was not a option i wanted , now some of the choices we're different for me however most we're spot on still somehow . like the fact i shot lee to stop him from turning and you see this happen in season 2 . also the fact lee taught clementine to shoot and cut her hair was also mentioned within season 2 , the options for me which was the only differences were , i saved carly and not doug but in season 2 it saved doug not carly . and also when lily shot carly/doug i took her in the RV . but in season 2 she was chucked out . now if they fix it i will do the whole thing again i am cool with that . but if you wanna play season 2 i don't think it will affect you too much . maybe try going to the main menu if choices are different then go back into the game , because the Doug thing didn't bother me too much nor did it have any significance i was fine to play on . i just thought i'd let you guys know cos it wont change your game much and you can always play it all again when the save issue is fixed . i hope in some way i could offer some small amount of help .
That's great and all but it's kinda not the point - we all paid for something that fails to live up to what we bought it for in the first place. The only reason I bought season 2 was because it was a direct follow-up to season 1 - that's what this entire series is based around, your choices carrying more weight the further you go.

I also tried uploading my save from the first season to the cloud but it still couldn't find it. I tried online and offline and it didn't work. I am from The Netherlands and have both of them from the playstation store, so I downloaded them both. If annyone has any more information please let me know.

Hello I have the same problem in Sweden on ps4, original disc. The game can't find save file.
I'm real annoyed now . i have had this game since october 31st . almost 1 week and i cant even play it cos of this stupid situation .

Same problem in Polska, both digital versions and unable to find season 1 save. Resetting the PS4 or internet haven't helped so far
