in The Walking Dead - Season 2 - iOS Support

So I've just started playing TWD, and I've been binge playing for about a week. I'm now on season 2, at the part where clementine stitches up her cut by herself, yet I can't pass the minigame for stitching up (I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or something) because EVERYTIME I tap the first one when the symbol is like [ ], the second one shows up like [] and then disappears no matter what I do. PLEASE HELP I need to pass this moment

Btw, I'm playing on iOS

    Once you tapped and hold, the button disappears?

    Did you try dragging left?

    No, I haven't. I've tapped when it's full closed, ive pinched the screen, I've tapped as fast as I xan. But no matter what I do, the second box disappears. Is that what your suppose to do? Tap and slide?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you are holding your finger down when you tap the screen. Then slide your finger in the direction of the arrow on the screen. During the entire Quick-Time Event, you should not lift your finger off the screen of the device. (place your finger on the icon, wait for the box to come together, and the arrow to appear, then slide your finger in the direction of the arrow while keeping it held down on the device, and you will complete that particular part.)
