Season Pass

I bought a season pass on my kindle but had to make room a while back and removed the game to make space for some holiday material. I have now reinstalled to pay again and my previous save is there (yay) but to play any episode it tells me I have to purchase them again. Doors this mean the cash I spent on a season pass has been lost as I don't want to pay twice?

    When I tried downloading episodes it charges me. This has already cost me paying twice for episode 2 and I have no idea how to play again without shelling out cash over and over again. Can someone help?

    Is this not the place to ask questions for this kind of thing? If not then where do I go as I cannot find any other place?

  • Telltale doesnt seem to give a crap about customers. I have never gotten a reply from them. Ever.

  • Darn it! There were several games I was interested in getting either out now our coming up but if it's gonna be another waste of cash like this then I'd better give up on them :-(

    I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Below are a few possible solutions to resolve the issue:

    1) Make sure to have WiFi On and connected to the internet when starting the game application.

    2) Make sure In-app purchases enabled for the profile.

    3) Delete & re-download the app.

    4) Follow the purchase path to purchase the item again, and Instead of charging you again, Amazon should restore the previous purchase and it should unlock successfully.

    Followed the instructions but still the game wants to charge me to download episodes (except episode 2 which I've already paid for twice) and trying to purchase the season pass just brings up a message that I have already purchased this.

    Can you please clarify the Android device you are currently using? Also, what Android OS version are you currently running on the device?
