Can't dd Episodes 2-5

The episodes on the WD app still say coming soon. I can't seem to download them.

Kindly assist.

  • Please help! I bought a new iPad, and I downloaded epsiode 1 of Season 2. I didn't recognize my previous purchase of the multipack on my last iPad. So i bought them again, no it says episode 2-5 coming soon. They have already been released. I have purchased them, Isee that purchase confirmation within the game.

    Why can't I download episodes 2-5?

    I am running thr letest version of iOS on my iPad.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) After closing all apps, please turn off your iOS device for at least 5-10 minutes before attempting to open the game again. Please also ensure you are on a strong wifi connection.

    Below is a screenshot of the app after following your guide. It still says "Coming Soon".

    I am in Kenya. COuld it be that the ep 2-5 have not been uploaded to the Kenyan iTunes Store?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are still unable to see the episodes as available to download, I recommend trying the above steps a few more times, and the episodes should then appear correctly. You can also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if you are able to download the episodes that way.

    Unfortunately if you are still unable to get the episodes to show as available to download, it may be due to your specific region's settings. I would then recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance.

  • I've got exactly the same problem, bought Episode 2 from Play Store and it always gives me a "Network Unavailable" message.

    And it is quite weird because I'm on Android. Tried two different devices with two different OS versions. My network works great as for the diagnostics I've ran and I never had this issue with any of the games I've got from Play.

    It's quite curious, the game connects normally when playing episode 1, or buying episodes, but it doesn't work to download paid episodes...!? I need a refund or clear instructions on how to debug it.

    My apologies, it may be due to your WiFi network connection speed. I recommend try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if your connection speed is better, and allows you to fully download the episode.

  • I am having a similar problem with the multi-pack purchase on my iPhone. After purchasing and completing Episode 2, I decided to buy the multi-pack, even though I already purchased Episode 2. I have been struggling with this for days- No matter what i do, Episodes 3-5 and 400 Days still say "Available! Buy" despite confirmation from the apple store that I did pay for the multi-pack. I spent quite a while troubleshooting with Apple and they believe that your server doesn't recognize that I purchased the multi-pack. It there anything I can do to download these episodes? Lee and Clementine need me! HELP!
