Walking Dead Season 2 unplayable after BSOD

I started playing season 2 a couple days ago and everything was fine until I started episode 3 then my computer crashed for some reason, but that happens sometimes. It crashed right when the game was abut to save so I assume it corrupted the save file. When I tried starting up season 2 again, I lost all my data and when I tried to start over it would show the wrong choices in the recap. Also when I tried to look at the save files in the main menu it said there was file B from March 2013 which isn't true and I'm unable to leave that screen so I have to alt+F4. I tried fully uninstalling and reinstalling the game and that didn't work. I ran the TWD support tool https://www.sendspace.com/file/7kavmk

I apologize for the inconvenience. After looking over your support tool information, there doesn't seem to be an issue with your file structure. We have received a small amount of reports from players experiencing a similar issue. We are currently looking into the issue, and hope to have a resolution in the near future. In order to be able to play right now, I recommend deleting one of the save slots from your game's file directory, and see if you are then able to access your saves successfully. To do this, please go to the following file directory:

    C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two\

Then delete all of the files associated with a save slot. (The files with saveslot2, saveslot3, or saveslot4 in the name) Then restart the game, and see if you are able to access your saves in your other save slots in-game.

If you do not have another save slot in use, you will need to delete the save files from your save file directory, and start a new game. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this may cause you.
