Episode 4 Loading Issues - No Sound. No Textures. No Characters.

  • minor spoilers alert - I have the Xbox 360 release for Season two. The game performed perfectly until de beginning of Episode 4. As soon as episode begins, several images simply disappear (don't get loaded). For example: in the herd, Kenny don't appear, only his crowbar. The sky is black, empty. There's no sound too, the characters speak but there's no sound, even when the answers options appear on the screen. Later on, when the girls are coming back from the woods, they talk but there's no sound. This continues to happen until jane and clementine take off on their own - that's when a gave up playing. I tried reload the episode, restart de console, restart the episode. Happened every time. I'm desperate! Can you guys help me, please? I want to finish the game so much! These glitches are killing me!

    I apologize for the inconvenience, and the delayed response. I recommend deleting and re-downloading the episode from the Xbox Marketplace. To do this, please follow the below steps:

    • Hit the Xbox Guide Button in the Middle of your Controller
    • Go as far to the right as you can
    • Scroll down and click on System Settings
    • Scroll down and click on Storage
    • Click your HardDrive/Memory Card (Wherever the DLC is Saved on)
    • Click on Games and Apps
    • Scroll down and find the game you want to delete the DLC for and click on the game
    • A list of all your saves, DLC, etc will show up, find the DLC/Episode you want and click it
    • Now scroll down and click Delete

    To Re-Download

    • Go to the Game Marketplace
    • Go the game you want to re-download the DLC for
    • Click Download Again for the DLC (The Episode should say ‘Free’ next to it)

    Then restart the game, and start Episode 4. (Please note this will not harm your save files.)
