Season Pass Not Working?

Hi
I bought the Season 2 Season Pass while on offer tonight, but wasn't aware that I also had to buy the unlock for episode 1. So I bought episode one, unlocked the demo, but on the "episodes" page of the game, episodes 2-5 and the season pass are stating I need to buy them. As the Season Pass isn't on my "download list" I can't download it again. The transaction went through because its on my list of services on account manager menu.
Please help!

    Wow nearly two weeks without the courtesy of a reply. Guess I'll just have to write off the money I wasted on a season pass which doesn't work. Anyone else thinking of buying, don't expect any help if there is a problem. So much for "support".

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have purchased the Season Pass for Season Two of The Walking Dead, you will need to download and install both the Demo, and the Unlock Key to your console, and the full game will unlock. You can then start the game while connected to the internet, and make sure to download the latest update available for the game. Once these steps have been completed, you should be able to download and install Episodes 2-5 from within the game.
