Do something already
Dear Telltales, I'm writing you to express my utter disappointment with your product, namely The Wolf Among Us. It is seriously upsetting to experience all those crashes while even trying to start playing the second episode. In fact after purchasing the season pass I could not play a single episode, because the game crashed during the first cutscene of the 2nd episode.
Allthough I did comply with all your "helpful" recommendations which you provided in another thread (such as rebooting, reseting or reinstalling), they proved to be a complete rubbish.
Since nothing seems to be done on your behalf, I would like to know how can I receive a refund for the purchased malfunctioning content?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what Android device you are currently playing on, and what Android OS version you are currently running on the device?

Currently I'm running Galaxy tab p7500 with android 4.0.4.
Please note, that The Walking Dead season one worked like a charm on device.

Unfortunately your device uses a ULP GeForce GPU, which runs at the equivalent speed of a Tegra 3 GPU, which is below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. We recommend playing on an Android device above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for further assistance, or a refund request.
Ok, and I'm on 7510, but it has no problems with any of the other episodes besides episode two. Please try making a patch to remove the recap on episode two for us, thanks.
I ended up watching a playthrough of episode 2, then playing 3-5. Would still like to play episode two though. I have a tab p7510.
Sorry that should read remove the recap of episode one from the beginning of episode two.

Very malicious, right? Mainly because the description in the store does not mention ANYTHING about minimum requirements.
The customer get the demo, play all the offered episode ant think "ok, is safe to buy". So, at first seconds of next episode, the game crashes.
No good. I am pissed of.
