TWD S02 game crashing bug,"Coming soon".
Hi there. I'm experiencing a game crashing bug right now, and it's annoying the living crap out of me. Really hoping for help. Seems I'm having a similar problem to what many are discussing here. I played S01 a while back and started S02 yesterday. The import from S01 was succesful and I played through Ep 01-02 without any problems whatsoever. When exiting, after just finishing Ep 02, I got a message saying "The Walking Dead has stopped working", that is the classic error message in Windows. Dunno whether that has anything to do with my problems, but in any case, after that it's vitually impossible to continue. Here's why.
When starting the game,it places me at the image/start of Ep 03 as it should. However it says "Coming soon" on that episode as well as for 04 and 05. When clicking it moves me to the main menu and a msg appears saying "the download was unsuccesful, please try again later". It looks as if Ep 03-05 haven't been released or such.
Another weird thing is that when positioning myself on the save for Ep 02 (that is, as if I want to go back and play from my latest save in Ep 02), it reads "Episode not installed" underneath it. I could still re-play from that save though, which in my case was the last 10 minutes of Ep 02, but to no avail. The episode went fine to finish once more, but the result when trying to continue onto Ep 03 was the same. No matter what I've done (see below), nothing has changed. It simply reads "Coming soon".
I've read lots and lots of threads, tried to copy, remove and/or replace the stuff in the local docs folder for TWD S02 - made no difference. I've reinstalled, no difference. I tried to play it on another computer, no difference.
Please help. I really have enjoyed TWD, but this is annoying as... well you know.

If anyone from Telltale has seen this, I'd kindly receive some sort of response. A retail game out for half a year is unplayable right now.
I'm not entirely sure, but it seems the main issue is that something in my install/local files thinks Ep3-Ep5 aren't out yet, since the "Coming soon" text appears on all three. Also, in one of my two installments (have tried on two computers) it reads "New!" on Ep2, yet again hinting of some sort of time/date issue.
Since we just appointed TWD S02 our second best game of the year here at PC Gamer Sweden, it would be a shame to let some tech debacle tarnish that. Pretty please, with sugar on top, a little help?

No worries, Mike. Thanks for getting back. Aha. Ok, I'll get on it. Have read some more on the net and it's related to what files my install reads from, either prefs.bak or sth similar. Even if I delete the game in Steam and then reinstall it, it has the same files right off the bat again.
But I'll holler in their general direction. Will give a shout back here when/if I learn sth of value. Thanks for now.
