Episode 2 Zombie head selection

I can´t fight the zombie which is attacking Katja, there is no option to grab his head, so nothing is happinig upon chosing the site to move his head, how do i fix this? I´m playing on PC, Win 7 with the steam version, with keyboard and mouse.

    My apologies for the delayed response. I recommend watching a video walkthrough online of how another player was able to complete that particular section of the game, and try to follow the same steps. If you still experience issues, please reply here, and I will be able to assist you further.

    No prob, the solution is moving the mouse sidewise without selecting the head first, i found it in the steam community. It´s an odd change in the style of controls and is that way obviously not intuitive ;)
