Keeps freezing on 360
I can't even play this game. I'm getting ridiculous load times and freezing at the end of chapter 1. I've deleted and reinstalled it, still freezes at same spot. Anybody having this issue? I'm really frustrated that I can't play the game I just paid money for.

Just bought and downloaded the Game (+Season Pass), nutzen after I started it and choose where to save, it connects shows some gear wheels, the music stops and I and nothing happens.
Already downloaded and installed it a second time, but nothing changes.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try restarting your console, and try disconnecting it from the internet, then start the game again, and see if you are able to successfully get to the main menu.

I just played through the first episode on 360. The first few chapters worked just fine, but then I started experiencing blackouts. The screen would go black and the sound disappear for a few seconds. The home menu would also disappear, so it's not happening within the game itself, but something is messing with my screen. It only happens when playing this game. This can happen multiple times per minute, or not at all for a few minutes. A rarer occurance was that the game would jump back and repeat somethings multiple times, but that was just a minor annoyance, while the blackouts severely affect gameplay. Has this happened to anyone else?
(It's an Xbox 360 slim, played on an LCD TV using a HDMI cable.)

Thread: Freezing after Ch.1
I'm playing on Xbox 360. The load times seem way too long and I'm experiencing lots of freezing. It gets to the point at the end of Chapter 1 it freezes up so bad it's unplayable. I've deleted the game off of my hard drive and then re-installed it but to no avail. It's still freezing at the end of Chapter 1. Please help provide a solution. I want to play the game and it would be a bleeding shame if I just wasted money on a broken game with no fix.
The same is happening to me, but I play it on PS3.
This game is nice and all, but its buggy as hell.
The issues i had were loading times and sometimes the dilalogue glitched a bit. At least it didnt stutter like the walking dead
Sorry for you, but I've play it on my xbox 360 and I dont have any problem.
I hit the green button in the middle and it starts up again whenever it does this.

My apologies, can you please clarify if you deleted any save data created when you attempted deleting and re-downloading the episode? If there was existing save data after re-downloading the game, the issue may have still been saved within the game. I recommend deleting the game one more time, and making sure you have deleted any other data from your Storage Device associated with Game of Thrones, then re-download the first episode, and start the game.
Tried, but sadly still doesn't work.
But, at least, it got a little further. Still a black screen, but a second song started.
My game is still skipping and freezing to the point where it becomes unplayable. Still no response from Telltale...what gives? Pretty ridiculous that I paid for a malfunctioning game and no one can help me out.
Can you please clarify if the black screen that you were seeing had a small rotating gear symbol on-screen, or was it completely blank?
If you are still experiencing an issue, can you please clarify what country/region you are currently residing in?
Can you please clarify where in the game you are experience the skipping and freezing?
At the very ending cutscene of Chapter 1. After that, I continually have freezing issues, or no audio. I managed to get a bit further in the game by pressing the xbox guide button whenever the game freezes or the audio is off and doing that sometimes corrects it for a while, but inevitably the freezing and audio issues persist.
