Mac OS X: how am I disappointed?
A lot. I'm new to Mac Os (I switched recently) and I decided to buy the game on Steam, which I did on 25th november: bad choice, the game was not ready yet. I purchased something which was not even in my library. I opened a support ticket yesterday, they were able someway to make it appear in library: which is good, since the game on OS had to be ready since the 1st of december. Now, I installed the game, an and a nice popup asked me to login in Telltale to unlock the game. Which I did. The logging in part, not the unlocking. You actually suggest me to buy the game again.
I started thinking this could probably be some sort of interface bug, so I clicked on "Buy": black screen, I had to force to quit to go back to desktop.
Fun fact: you see me, here, right? Because after the quit the system can't log me in anymore, you don't recognise me. But I'm here, so the sign in must have been effective.
I opened a support ticket on Steam too: I don't mind to have paid the game more (you have a lower price on the store atm) but to purchase a game and not even being able to play it for once? Sucks.
I'm a huge fan, but I confess this is my first time on Mac. I bet it will the last.
Excuse my English, is not my mother tongue. Also, when I'm relaxed I am a funny person so don't judge me: this is really frustrating to me.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are receiving a Telltale Games Log In pop up right when starting the game, please close out of the game, and restart your Steam Client.(You should not receive a Telltale Games Log In window pop up message) Then after Steam has finished opening, click Play on the game again, and before you click on the 'Click To Continue' screen, try waiting a few minutes before clicking to continue. You should then not experience the issue again.
