*SPOILER* They'll all be dead theory!
We have five episodes. We also have presumably five playable characters.
It's set in Westeros. Hence killcount among POV (meaning player's) character must be high as to create enough tension! And we know that one player character already died in first episode.
Conclusion via Insane Troll Logic, as described in TV Tropes? We'll have one player character's death per episode, as to have them all dead in the end! In a marvelous, Westerosi way. Oh, and don't forget that since it is GoT, tortures or other debauchery done on PC would probably be thrown somewhere in the mix.

That would be way too predictable...
it is already confirmed that there will be more than one season so it would be safe to say that not all of the characters are gonna die if anything we might be left with one or two of them at the end plus it would be way too predictable if everyone died
what where when gimmie a link that confirms a second season this instant.
this has been known for a while now telltale have a multi year contract with hbo to produce multiple titles this confirms multiple seasons

plus on the steam store it says game of thrones season one it wouldn't say that unless that was a season two coming or something
We have six episodes not five.
