Failed Login on Mac Version
I downloaded the game on my Mac directly from TTG. When I start it up, prompts me to log in and my window minimizes and a log in screen appears. When I attempt to log in, the game screen comes back up saying that it can't log in and my only options are to Sign Out or Exit. Please tell me how I can solve this problem.

Can you please clarify if you have tried using both your email address, and your Telltale Username to log into the game? Also, does your password contain any non-ASCII characters? If so, please try changing your password so that it contains only 'A-Z, a-z, or 0-9' characters, then try logging in again.
I have tried using both my email address and Telltale Username to log in. No my password does not contain non-ASCII characters. And I have also tried waiting 5 minutes before clicking "Click to continue."

My apologies, can you please clarify if you are currently connected through a wireless network connection, or a wired connection? Also, if you have any internet firewalls set up on your computer, please try disabling it, and restart the game, and try logging in a few more times, and you should be able to connect after a few more tries.
Um, I tried everything above and yet had no luck at all... Does telltale have any solutions on this issue or not?
Please try starting the game again, and when you reach the Log In window, try entering in your information again, and instead of clicking 'Sign In', try pressing the Enter/Return Key, and see if you are then able to successfully log in and start the game.
