Can't start the game after buying (2-5 Episodes + 400th day offer) on iPad
Hi,
I just bought 2-5 episodes and 400th day offer on my iPad Mini 2,
And right after the payment I couldn't start the game..
I did everything I read on other discussions, by turning off all apps, restarting the device and waiting more than 3 minutes.. and restart wifi before starting the game, still crashes..
Also tried to delete the game and download it twice, same thing..
I'm using the same iTunes account I bought the episodes and download the game.. yet.. Everytime I start the game, takes 2-3 seconds, then to iPad Homescreen.
Any solutions?

Please try deleting and re-downloading the game application again, and before you try opening it for the first time, turn your device off for at least 5-10 minutes. Then after turning your device on, make sure you are connected to a strong WiFi connection, and start the game application, and you should be able to start the game successfully.
I just did what you told me to do.. Still crashes after turning the game on,
I also updated the device to iOS 8.1.2 .. And still crashes..
It's when you start the game, you get The Walking Dead start-up photo, then fades to black and get "Loading..." below the screen, and the fade take milliseconds.. So you can't see "Loading..." Clearly
Anyways I managed to take screenshot of it, I don't know if that helps, but what I want to say is that I tried everything and still gives me the same thing.
