Login Error - Can't Communicate With Telltale Servers

I just bought the game today directly from Telltale. Every time I try to login I receive the login error, "Can't Communicate With Telltale Servers." I have tried using my email address and my Telltale username. My password contains only letters and numbers. Please let me know what other methods I can try to fix this problem. Thank you.

Edit: MAC version

Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection when attempting to connect to our servers. Please also try logging in using your email address, and password, and instead of clicking the 'Sign In' button, try hitting the Enter/Return Key on your Keyboard, and see if you are able to log in successfully that way.

I cannot log in myself. I do have a strong internet connection. I have cleared the login client registry and have tried signing in using the enter key instead of pushing OK with the mouse. Disabled firewall. Tried using my username instead of email. Password uses standard letters and numbers. Still no luck. I have the Windows version. Any ideas?

  • Have you tried different connections like your house, school, friend's house, etc?

  • I will be able to try a different network on Sunday since I will be going to my father's house. I cannot install anything on a school computer because everything requires an administrator password. I'm going to try to get a friend to install it on his pc and see if he can log in with my account.

  • That's good. I'm not sure why that happens. I couldn't get it to work at school, but as soon as I got home it worked. It was very frustrating.
