Episode 2 Crash Moto G
Hi, have just finished playing through episode one and purchased the season pass however after downloading episode 2 when I try to begin the episode it goes to the black loading screen with the pink spinning icon and after a few moments the game closes. My device is a Moto G (2013) running android 4.4.4. I have tried force stopping the application, reseting the wifi settings, Deleting the data and the whole app, re-downloaded both episode 1 & 2. Interestingly though I have downloaded episode 3 and it begins like episode 1 without any problems. Thanks for your help.

My apologies, can you please clarify if you are currently running any third-party, or custom ROMs on your device? If not, we are currently looking into an issue where only Episode 2 is not working for certain Android devices, and hope for a resolution to the issue soon. Please also try deleting the save file for the game manually by connecting your device to your computer, and delete the save file from the file structure of your device, and then restart the game and see if you are able to play Episode 2 without a save file.

Can you please clarify if you are able to start Episode 2 if you switch to a blank save slot from the main menu, and choose to start Episode 2 directly without playing Episode 1?
